(More customer reviews)I ordered this backpack because I use my ERGObaby carrier everywhere, and I hated lugging an extra diaper bag around when I needed more than the standard diaper, wipes and one change of clothes I could fit in the carrier itself. Also, we were traveling abroad and I liked the idea of how this could attach to the carrier to be basically "one" bag. It was so much easier to drag along, since we used the carrier most everywhere we went (by foot, of course).
This bag is very roomy and has lots of space for everything. I have a few packing cubes inside of it that I use to organize diapers/wipes, change of clothes, and toys. There is also space for blankets and a few other things. My only complaint is that when you unzip the main pocket, it can be easy for things to fall out because there are no real dividers or pockets on the inside. There are two zippered pockets on the inside back liner, but those aren't for real "cargo" items like diapers or wipes or anything.
Although I'd prefer some type of mesh pocket on the inside or something to hold a few items, I love every other aspect of the bag. It's comfortable to wear, and I use it on my back separate from the ERGO carrier when I am wearing my daughter on the front. I also think It's sleak and sophisticated in a way -- it's not bulky and the black is very classic. It seems more like a daypack than a diaper bag, so my husband doesn't mind carrying it, either.
Great for travel, too. If you fly a lot -- this is a great carryon piece. You can attach to the carrier and have "one" personal item with you and have the backpack and carrier, which is really helpful if you check your stroller. (I think easier than gate check when you have tight connections.)
