(More customer reviews)I am returning this bag. I ordered it with a bunch of others to decide on which I liked best, it took me 10 seconds to decide it was not going to work. WAYYY too small. I have 2 other kids, who also have things to be carried like water bottles, hairclips, bayblades, so, even if I could fit just the baby's things (which I don't think I can), I would never be able to take on any of the other kids' stuff. The one thing I did like however, is the bright pink colored inside of it, which is great to be able to locate your items and not just a black hole. Other than that, I cannot stay many good things about it, the material looked cheap too, and the price was not so much!

It is extremly roomy and fits everything you could possibly want in here and its organized too which is super high on the list for me!! The material is STURDY and feels likes its gonna last me forever. Nice thick handles... changing pad seems a little on the smaller side for changing pads... 2 insulated bottle pockets inside.. has a seperate section to put changing pad/diapers/wipes.... I have had this bag 3 days and i have gotten compliments on it every day, and have had 4 different mom's stop and ask me if this was a diaper bag and where i got it!! SOOOO Glad i made the decision to spend a lil more $$ and get this bag

Kemby Sidekick Diaper Bag Review

(More customer reviews)I tried this bag, but returned it. The idea is a great one, but there are some problems with the execution.
From the pictures, it appeared that you could be wearing the bag as a messenger bag, and then to use it as a baby carrier, you would just clip a strap around your waist, secure the baby on top of the bag, and go. However, in order to convert from bag to carrier, you have to take the bag off, adjust the shoulder strap to be a waist strap, secure the bag around your waist, then unzip the new shoulder strap/carrier attachment from a separate compartment, and adjust that -- very time consuming.
I tried to use the carrier for a 15 pound baby, and the weight distribution felt very uncomfortable. In addition, the bag was not very roomy, and the opening is in the front of the bag (because the baby is supposed to sit on top), making it hard to get things in and out with one hand.
I had hoped to use this bag in lieu of a bulky stroller/diaper bag when traveling through airports. However, it wasn't comfortable to walk long distances with and did not have enough capacity for the baby supplies needed for an average flight. It might work better for short trips with minimal gear, although the time spent converting from bag to carrier is still a major downside.

(More customer reviews)I loved the look of this bag, it's the perfect size, looks stylish, can easily be a purse and diaper bag for mom and baby, but it doesn't have a shoulder strap, which is nice to be able to just throw the bag over your shoulder and go. And the handles are to small to easily slide over your arms, so if you always have an extra hand free to carry a bag this is the one for you.

My daughter is only 9 months and this is my 3rd diaper bag to date, I started out with a Fleurville diaper bag sling tote and after about a month of frustrated use I called it quits! Second bag was a Ju-Ju-Be Pack-a-bee which is more of a large backpack and is wonderful for traveling or long days away from home BUT very big, bulky, and screams "Diaper bag." I really wanted an every day bag that looked simple and somewhat stylish. I compared this Babymel bag to the Skip*Hop Studio Tote in store and found this to be much more functional and light weight. The bottles we use didn't fit in the Skip*Hop bag's insulated bottle pockets (Located on the outside, so it's hard to deny your carrying a diaper bag with a bottle visible from the outside) but were nicely hidden away in this Babymel bag w/o taking up too much space from the interior. This bag is less structured then the Skip*Hop bag and can really fit MUCH More then you would think! I was able to fit: 2 bottles, plastic formula holder, 4 diapers, case of wipes, Changing Mat, Change of clothes, bib, hooded sweater, little case of food, 2 large toys, my essentials (Hand sanitizer, Lipstick, compact, phone), a paci, and some other random items with LOTS of room to spare! The two outside front pockets are nice for the important items (ie binkie, cell phone) and I used the larger back pocket to hold the Changing Mat. The strap is nice, and easier to attach to a stroller then I found Skip*Hop's to be on the Studio Model. The fabric is OK but it doesn't look too cheap, and from a distance it looks very nice even my husband was impressed!
Over all a great everyday bag for the mom who wants a bit of style out of her diaper bag!

StorkSak Suzi Messenger Diaper Bag Review

(More customer reviews)This bag is medium sized, but so well organized that it can hold everything I need for a day out with my 4 year old and almost 2 year old. Each of the four internal open pockets is big enough for diapers and wipes: I use one pocket for diapers, one for wipes, 1 for a spare t-shirts and socks, and one for my wallet and camera. I keep medicine kit stuff in the zip pocket. I was able to actually fit an 18 oz. Kleen Kanteen in the side zipper pocket, too, a TOTAL plus (if you use both side bottle pockets, the inside of the bag loses a little space). The strap is adjustable and long enough for me (5'9) to wear messenger style. I can keep baby books & a small coloring book in the back pocket. There is a detachable key clip too, which I prefer to caribiner. The two front pockets are a bit of a waste of space. The DO NOT snap close or otherwise have any way to secure them. One is small enough for a cell, though I really wish it had a snap or velcro closure (otherwise my cell could fall out). The other might be large enough for a small wallet, but there is no way to secure it and if you put something in there it bulges out and looks silly. I wish the two front pockets were the same size and had a snap closure - that's really my only complaint with this bag though (and hence the four, not five star rating). It looks classic/classy and not like a diaper bag, but print is more interesting than just boring old black.

(More customer reviews)Yes, it is a small bag. However, there are no other diaper bag out there so small yet has 2 very generous external pockets for bottles/sippy cups. My bag measures approximately 11" x 9" x 2-3" I am able to put my cell phone and keys in the two external front pocket, some tissue in the back slip pocket with velcro. Inside there is a large pocket and a zip pocket. I am able to put a small wallet, the included change mat, wipes, 4 diapers, a small tube of ointment, and a small snack. My husband love to take this bag for neighborhood walk/jog and and to neighborhood playground, when it is not necessary to bring the entire nursery. We love the bottle pockets, you can fit adult water bottles in them too. Plus, it has the storksak special built-in stroller attachment. If you want a big bag this is not for you. This is a small bag for when you just want to bring the essentials for a few hours out.

(More customer reviews)I love this bag. It is a bit shinier and more patent leather looking than I anticipated, but the amazing design more than makes up for it. The removable clutch/ purse is so useful if you occasionally leave your baby with relatives or at daycare. It eliminates the need to carry around a second bag/ purse so that you can avoid using a huge diaper bag as a purse. It fits tons of stuff! My unscientific estimate is that it fits about double the amount of stuff that my skip hop dash deluxe could accomodate. Also, customer service is great. One of my stroller straps was damaged, and they sent a replacement immediately (as would be expected for such a pricey bag). Overall, a good investment. After baby, it will come in handy as a weekend bag with a built in purse.

(More customer reviews)i've been searching for the best diaper bag (one that's big enough for 2 babies, light enough to carry, enough pockets for proper organization, etc) and i've finally found it. This bag is beautiful, not too large, and fulfills all my picky criteria for a diaper bag. I especially like the separate heat-resistant, waterproof pocket for the liquids on the side that is easily accessible with a zipper. I also like the stroller straps that are built-in to the bag. The bag is big enough for all my things and my two babies' (diapers, change of clothes, etc). PLUS, it's the lightest diaper bag that I've seen with that much storage which is the best feature. I'm very glad that I decided to splurge a bit and get this bag.

(More customer reviews)Uhm well what can I say, I love this bag. It has held up extremly well and looks beautiful. The side pockets for bottles is really handy. I actually keep food in there since we are past the bottle stage, but I do sometimes put his sippy cup in there. Milk will dribble on the fabric and it wipes right off. I love the roomy interior pocket and the smaller pockets. It keeps everything organized(when I actually take a moment to put stuff where it belongs. I don't use the changing pad so I can't tell you how it works or fits, I just know that for what I use it for it's great. Slightly heavy but that's my fault. The front outside pockets are nice. I keep my keys and phone in one pocket and misc. loose stuff in the other. The strap adjusts great and stays put on my shoulder. It's very good looking and you would never know it was a diaper bag
